Frizzell Hot Springs (Hot Springs)

These partially developed hot springs are located on the south side of the Skeena River (about 30 meters above the water level), 32 km east of Prince Rupert. There are at least three spring sources in the area. The hot water is piped into an old aluminum ship hold that has been used as a soaking pool for many years. There is also an old cabin at the site. The water in the springs is odorless, tasteless, and has a temperature of about 41°C (106°F). The site is privately owned and you should check with the owners before using the facilities.
