Science World (Museum)

One of Vancouver’s most recognizable landmarks, the Science World is found beneath a sparkling geodesic dome at the east end of False Creek. Inside, you’ll find five permanent galleries (Eureka, Search, Our World, Body Works, and Kidspace) filled with fascinating interactive displays that focus on science, nature, and technology. Science World also presents special Feature Exhibitions that run for a limited time and focus on various topics. Every 30 minutes, the Science Theatre shows educational presentations, while, for a separate fee, you can enjoy a 45-min movie shown on a huge screen at OMNIMAX Theatre. A visit to Science World is a fun learning experience that can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike.
