Brewster Camp Recreation Site


This small site is one of three public campgrounds clustered around the south end of Brewster Lake (the other two sites are Apple Point and Camp 5). Campsites are located in an open grassy area next to the channel connecting Brewster and Gray Lakes. The lakes and the channel are part of the Sayward Forest Canoe Route. This site is accessible by RVs.

Access By: Road (RV accessible)

From Campbell River, drive north on Highway 19 for 14.5 km; turn left  to Menzies Mainline gravel road  and drive 17.3 km to the site.


From Campbell River, head west on Highway 28 for 6.3 km, turn off and drive across the John Hart dam, continue on the gravel Campbell Lake and Gray Lake roads for 30 km to the site.
