Brewster Lake Recreation Site


This medium-size site features a nice sandy beach on the shore of Brewster Lake, which can be enjoyed by swimmers and sunbathers. The site is located along the Sayward Forest Canoe Route and is popular with canoeists and kayakers. There is also a cartop boat launch utilized by boaters and anglers. This site is accessible by small RVs.

Access By: Road (RV accessible)

From Campbell River, head north on Highway 19. Turn left onto Menzies Mainline (gravel road), roughly 14.5 km or 15 minutes out of town. Drive for another 16km (25 minutes) to the turn-off to Brewster Lake site (signed). Watch for logging traffic on the mainline.
