
Orchard Meadow Recreation Site
Orchard Meadow Recreation Site is located at the west end of the Lower Campbell Lake. The site is frequented by boaters and anglers as well as RVers. Canoeing and kayaking is also popular since the site is located along the Sayward Forest Canoe Route. The site offers a gravel boat launch and is RV accessible.

Access By: Road (RV accessible)
Head west on Hwy.28: 34.7 km or 30 minutes out of Campbell River, turn right onto the Strathcona Dam road (gravel); drive across the dam and follow the Greenstone Creek FSR until it joins with the Campbell Lake and Gray Lake FSRs; turn right - Orchard Meadow site just under a kilometre down the down.

Head west on Hwy.28, across John Hart dam and Campbell Lake Forest Service Road: 6.3 km (10 minutes) on paved road, 24.1 km (35 minutes) on gravel road.

Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haven't been emptied all summer in this scorching heat. What a disgrace. Smell is overwhelming.
