Paul Lake Provincial Park

 

Located 24 km north of Kamloops, Paul Lake Provincial Park offers excellent family camping experience on the shore of the beautiful Paul Lake. This park offers 90 well-shaded, spacious campsites nestled in a mixed forest of Douglas fir, pine, and aspen. Swimming in Paul lake can be enjoyed from 400 meters of sandy beach. The lake also provides ample opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, boating, and fishing for rainbow trout. Over 7 km of hiking trails lead visitors to the summit of Gibraltar Rock rising 900 meters above the lakeshore.

From Hwy #5, five km north of Kamloops, take the paved Paul Lake Road for 19 km to the campground, located on the north side of Paul Lake.

Fees

Vehicle Accessible Camping Fee: $15.00 per party / night.BC Senior Rate (Labour Day to June 14 only): $7.50 per senior couple/night.   

Operation Dates

The gate to the park is locked between 11:00pm and 7:00am.

Campground opening and closing dates: May 15 – September 15 . Campground dates with full fees and services: May 15 – September 15.

There is a group campsite consisting of a large grassy area, a hand pump and a picnic shelter surrounded by trees. Please contact the park facility operator to reserve the group campsite.
