Quesnel Forks Recreation Site

 

Located at the confluence of the Quesnel and Cariboo Rivers northwest of the town of Likely, this site is popular with whitewater rafters and kayakers. It is also adjacent to an abandoned Gold Rush town of Quesnel Forks which is presently undergoing a restoration.

From Likely, follow the Quesnel Forks Road for 13km to the site.  Road is well maintained, but steep.
