WOW this host need's to take a course in how to deal with the public .She is so rude and swears at her campers right in front of their kids .Lady you need to be fired and forestry and the Chehalis band should be embarrassed to have you employed there. We will never return there and will be telling all our friends

Submitted by Guest on September 5, 2011

Had a great time up camping over labor day weekend. Camp hosts were great friendly, and the other campers were respectfull but we all had a godo time. fishing was slow heard a lot of people did manage to pull fish out of the whole at the other end of the lake. Can't wait to go back next year!

I use to go camping here back in 1999, it was free and there never appeard to be any 'site managers'. Nice and private and overall, awesome! the trail around the lake is nice but dont attempt if youre not fit. Water is nice and warm for swimming. Fishing for trout was pretty good. Everyone alwasy respected each other and kept noise to a minimum and if a crowd got to rowdy, the other campers would ask them to quiet down and no problems ever occured. The road is a bit rough getting up there. Lots of potholes! We took a van and made it up ok. Dont expect alot of beach area. Theres about 40 feet of beach right at the swimming hole.
